Though we will provide you with a number of options here, all appointments must be confirmed by Ranch and Coast H.I.

In general, we will need the following information:

Property Address—(Gate codes if needed, Thomas Brothers coordinates if possible, any other special instructions)

Property Description

-Single Family Residence, Condominium, Duplex, Triplex, Mobile Home, Multi-Unit or Other?

-Square Footage: _____________

-Age: _______

-Foundation Type: Slab or Raised Foundation?

-Vacant or Occupied?

-Are all of the utilities on? (Gas, Water, and Electricity)

-Is there a Pool or Spa?

-Any room additions, decks, balconies, enclosed patios or garage conversions?

Client is encouraged to attend the entire inspection.
